National Planning Register Public Outreach
Through outreach activities organized and supported by the MCCA2 project, the goal is to ensure that the broader public is aware of the capabilities of the National Planning Register (NPR) as it relates to land use and the permitting process across Albania.

The project will help the Albanian government to design a public education campaign covering NPR functions and how to access the registry, that uses television and/or radio ads, brochures, posters, and materials that can be distributed in municipal and government offices, as well as online resources, such as the NPR web site.

Important partners in the process will be the business associations and chambers of commerce as key allies in informing the business community about the territorial planning reforms supported by the project, broadening support for them, and eliciting continuous input.
